PS3 Media Server has been updated to 1.25.0. Same as 1.24.0 but with slight adjustments and the OS X release

From Changelog:

Overscan compensation feature added for MEncoder
Return of the official OS X build, thanks for your patience!
MEncoder no longer crashes when using more then 8 cores
New build script for OS X that builds all dependencies (big thanks to Raptor399)
French translation fixed

works great with mkv files

all I got was stuttering playback on the mkv I tried. I will upgrade to the new version, see if that helps
