It started out as a demo to test the Qt Framework functionality, but it evolved into a full feature C++ app.

Version 1.1 allows users to download game updates.

PS3 Game List change-log and features:

- Allows PARAM.SFO editing (game title and firmware version);

- Allows game directory browsing (through an external explorer.exe call);
- Lists available game updates (version and size);

- Lists game title, id, firmware version, size, boot status, game path, and creation date from any directory;

I guess it somewaht works for me, i selected the folder where all the games are, loads them up with no problems, but when i chose select all, i dont see that happenning, tho i hit download all updates, and it seems to be doing it, so i guess it works.

also i do not see how to edit the param from withing this app at all.
any ideas?

Select all didn't work for me either.
To change the version, just double click on the version and type in a new one.

but its downloading, so i guess, also whats with the export and saving features? it sucks when something this cool gets release and really not explained how to use it much, i mean i figured out how to download and stuff, but what you just told me, i probably would have just given up and kept walking.

Oh, "select all/none" chooses what updates you want after you check for updates.
"Export" saves a list of your games.
"Save changes", well, saves changes to you make to the version of any games.
The one feature I'd say this app really needs is the option to remember the path of the ps3 games folder.

Sorry for the lack of instructions, I should have written a quick tutorial.

You can load your game info by selecting the "Game folder" icon, it will enable all the other actions.

Then you can export your list by selecting the "Export" icon.

You can edit the game title, firmware version and game folder name by either double clicking or pressing F2.

To save the changes, select the "Save changes" icon.

Press "Check for update" to list the updates available. You can either select one by one or click on "Select all/none". Clicking again will clear the selections.

Finally, you can press the "Download" icon to get the updates.

@cookie42: I will try to squeeze that feature in the next revision, thanks for the suggestion.

It's a pity that it can browse only external HD!
Will be possible in the future to browse internal PS3 HD with an integration of Filezilla/OpenPS3ftp in your HB? In this case one person will have the complete list of ALL his games!

I tested your program and found a bug.

Your program only download the first update for a game.

Please make you program download all updates for a game.

This are some examples for games with more than one updates:

Uncharted 2 (BCES00509) (Yifan Lu | PSN Update Finder)

Test Drive Unlimited (BLUS30527) (Yifan Lu | PSN Update Finder)
