Guys, are there any news like does team Demonhades have any success with hacking bd-drive for ps3?
I am just so hope that we will have something of it.
Its just unbearable to see that ps3 is still not cracked by any team. Looks to me that ps3 will never be hacked. I just dont know like is there any sense to wait until
ps3 will be cracked or start to live life but not wait and buy myself xbox360? Maybe its correct time for it because xbox360 slim is appeared on the shelfs of stores.
What would you say? What is your opinion?

PS3..hands down . this machine is more reliable and stable than the original & slim 360. M$ copied the internal cooling design of the PS3 slim if you compare both boards to each other.

then you have blu-ray, PS3 exclusive games (like uncharted 2), free and paid versions of PSN. the lack of PS3 hacks doesn't keep me from liking the PS3.

Noetikos I am agreeing with you on all you said.
Me personally always was fan of PlayStation trademark.
I always thought and even think now that PlayStation is worth its name and is best of all game-machines.
I remember myself when I had first playstation in 1998 , I was the happiest man on earth, I liked its games and time of ps1 is unique because after sega mega drive , people could have real 3-d games. Then I had ps2 twice, in 2003 and in 2006. those were also good and unforgetable times.
And I believe that ps3 is the best console in this generation and also I believe that sony now creates history. I mean that ps3 has 256 mb of videomemory, so I think that in next generation microsoft will copy sony and also install in xbox720 real videocard with a lot of memory but not like now only 10 mb of edram.
Seriously I dont like xbox, but looks that there is no other option because I like homebrew.
When I heard that ps3 slim wont have "OtherOS" then I was seriously disappointed because I mainly wanted to buy ps3 because of "OtherOS", I wanted to install Linux on it and connect it to computer monitor, sounds nice isnt it?
It could be so nice if I want to play game-great you have it, if I want to run linux-great you have it.
Sony sais that its expensive to support drivers for "otherOS". Okey guys stop supporting it but dont stip it off ps3. Leave it unsupported but dont destroy it.
So now I dont have any reason to buy ps3 because it doesnt have possibility to run Linux. So why to buy it?
And I think that whether hackers dont know how they should hack ps3 or its not possible at all or nobody is interested to do it cause xbox 360 already hacked.
It is already 3 and a half years like ps3 is not cracked so do you think that when time will pass further any chances will be higher to do it? I dont think so.
And also what disappoints me is that when I try to look for any homebrew for ps3 on internet in forums and looks to me that there is nothing for ps3 developed like nobody is interested at all.
So probably I will buy in near future xbox360 slim. I dont like him though , I dont have
another choice because I very much like homebrew, and also probably "HomeBrew"-this is what atracts me and makes me to like platform and to buy it...
    Homebrew... Homebrew... Homebrew...

i doubt that PS3 blu-ray drive is capable of burning but it mostly likely just reads.

This is the beginning of the end for Sony and being able to brag about having such a low ps3 piracy rate.

And it couldn't have happened to a more deserving organisation.
