I don't believe it's possible JUST yet. If memory serves, people have tried and it bricked their PS3. I believe the overall goal is to get the JB exploit running directly from flash so yeah, it would stay that way. Sadly the trolls you are referring to are expecting EXACTLY that; a custom Flash0 that not only gives a permanent, free, Jailbreak but also complete removal of all DRM/protection/encryption surrounding games.

Ah, i'll be sure not to mess with my flash0 then. Its a shame that the modding scene is becoming what it is. Everyone just wants to get something free out of it, its no longer for the purpose of learning how/why it works anymore. Which is why the modding scene/modders are dwindling down to very few people. So you know who is eager to pirate games, just look for a troll.

No, to use debug functions, you need the separate Ethernet port and Debug firmware with the necessary program running. For now its impossible to Debug in any form without Debug unit.

Too bad this isn't something like firmware spoofing, you know, something that would allow us to genuinely serve some crow for that "holding things back" comment, but, you take what you can get.
