A been a while since we heard anything about a Nintendo DS Emulator for the PS3 but an anonymous developer has provided PSX-SCENE with an early build and here is your EXCLUSIVE look!

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t4SiqcqNsXA]PS3 Nintendo DS Emulator Alpha Build[/ame]

It is running very smoothly. I loaded up some games and they all played fine with the exception of the sound, which is not working in the current build.

Sorry for the short video. The noise in the background is my fan, as it really hot here these days, but it was not easy holding my 7" Samsung Galaxy Tab in my hand, while using the PS3 Controller on my lap.

Keep watching PSX-SCENE for more news and, of course, for the exclusive release of the NDS emulator for PS3!!!

I see you have your cup of coffee there...

Looks like an interesting little emu. It'll be interesting to see how they're gonna deal with the touch screen.

Yep, nothing like coffee in the morning, even if its 102 today!

The touch screen works, there is a small blue arrow on the screen which you can move around using the left thumbstick then pushing down to click (touch) on the screen.

This will be good for RPG style games, but for games that require fast and accurate clicks (Resident Evil DS's touch screen fights, Castlevania's Dawn of Sorrow's seal portions of fights) this wont work, hell I had to hook up my Tablet when I used no$gba for those games on my computer, to do it well) Looks good regardless

    Nice!

I think I'll be keeping an eye on this! I'm also keeping an eye out for a decent N64 emulator.

FUN and Smart way ^,^ i hope the one thats making the NDS Emu reads my idea and apply it :P
i'd love an emu to have ps move support.
a lil off topic, but if snes9x could support the move for scope games, that'd be awesome.
Never there but always going back
