My guess is the X-B.I.T. is just going to be another recycled LPC pogo-pin mod with nothing more to offer but USB-flashing. I'm assuming the team will consider being such a one-trick pony like the DMS3 a great reason to charge $75 for a run-of-the-mill Xbox mod...
Great, the DMS team pulls a Messiah team stunt. They need to not worry about the Xbox because of cheapmods, and focus on the PS2. And as stated above, there are so many Xbox mods, they want to enter a market that is already flooded. And how can you compete with a $20 mod??

I think the no solder solutions are nice for people like me who don't wanna **** things up soldering, even if they aren't as reliable. Hopefully this one has a 2 MB Bios like the Xecuter 2 Lite Plus.
the x2 chips have 1mb chips on them, not 2mb.
maybe you there thinking of mbit, but then the x2 would have an 8mbit, so i donno what ya were thinkin
pogo pin mods have a tendency to rip tracks off boars if they ever come misaligned or if are fiddled with alot durring install, i know a few people who have dead xbox's trying to install a matrix mod.
i say give them a chance before you condemn the chip.
the pogo pins only install is enough to condemn the chip

well, they better be ready to be competitive in pricing, because xecuter dominates the market
