New PSN Service Agreement

A day after sending out maybe millions of WARNING emails to PSN owners, and informing the world that their PS3 console has been hacked, Sony has now updated their legal agreement, forcing all unbanned and LEGIT PSN accounts to allow Sony to SPY on you, and to NOT ALLOW ANYTHING on your PS3 console that is unlicensed by Sony!

Their was already lawsuits recently against Sony for the horrible mess they did with the early v3.56 firmware to stop hackers, because of the bricks and problems that LEGIT owners had with their upgraded HDD's, now they basically tell everyone we are going do what we want because of the hackers!

You agree that you will not use any unauthorized hardware, including peripherals not sold or licensed by a Sony company such as, by way of example only, non-licensed game enhancement devices, controllers, adaptors and power supply devices (collectively, "Non-Licensed Peripherals") or software to access or use Sony Online Services or any content or service provided on or through Sony Online Services.

Thanks to PS3NEWS for the screenshots above, and many many thanks to Sony for informing the world you been hacked, now the 1% that is the know has become the 20% screaming for free games, dongle makers have sold-out all their existing stock, and websites like ours have tripled in traffic!

it happened to me right now. idk what to do? is there a workaround with ****psn or what? someone needs to read it. lol

If you happened to login on PSN you probably noticed you have to accept the new TOS, if you happen to be using the SSL bypass method and accept this chances are you will be 100% banned. THIS IS the final nail to ban all those consoles using mfw.

I agree not to agree. I like how I can't use an officially licensed power supply to play on PSN. Maybe I can hack my PSU to play MKVs via the PSN.

Power supply devices? So they can ban me for not using the official figure of 8 lead that came with my slim or the official kettle leads that came with my phats?

Does the same apply to my USB sound card that I use as a MIC in with TBx11's because I dont like their awful headset that falls out of my ear?
