that's always the case with anything you program.... the better the code and better use of the CPU and mem the better you can perform.... I've seen better nintendo emulators running on a DOS box at 66MHz than running on a 342bit windows machine at 3GHz.... it's aways about the code....
even with the consoles... some games that were smaller and more powerful than larger counterparts...... just how well you code... always has and always will be the way of technology.....
