Since the PS2-Scene overall is growing much and a lot of people are interested in how to "pimp" their consoles to the max. + many are interested in linux on PS2 (and because of the fact that playstation2-linux.com closes down in a while), we now have a new sub-forum dedicated for all those linux-geeks, freaks and enthusiasts.

The new sub-forum is located here:
    PSX/PS2/PS3 Scene Newz > PlayStation2 Forums > PS2 Homebrew/Dev & Emu Scene > PS2 Linux.

Hopefully M.R.Browns dream "The Great Experiment" comes true and even more from the PS2-Linux-(Homebrew-)community come to the PS2DEV-(Homebrew-)Community.

Have fun with it and happy posting.

I recommend porting over the Sync on Green SOG monitor list, as it has been helpful for me over the years, for Linux as well as homebrew usage.

I can also add 5-6 monitors that I have tested as SOG compatible that aren't on the list.

Someone attached it, but I think it should be more organized and "viewable" to the average user, simply by entering the thread.

Ideally it should be made available both in downloadable and browser-readable form, and both forms should be extended by some moderator to include newer hardware with SOG support. This includes not only computer monitors, as some of the newer HDTV sets also come with VGA input connectors with SOG support. (Point in case: my own Panasonic set "TX-32LXD80F")

    Best regards: dlanor
