NeoCD/PS2 Released

In some great and exciting news, Evilo has released NeoCD/PS2 today. This is a port of the neo geo cd emulators NeoCD/SDL with the SDL Portions removed and replaced with ps2 specific code. You can download the release at the official homepage at http://www.neocd.psx-scene.com/ and official forums at http://psx-scene.com/forums/official-neocd-ps2-forums/
