Yes, for those who noticed, this version is the 0.6c, and not 0.6b.
The 0.6b version has been released in the neocd forum only, Why ? because...
I was too lazy to update the site ?

hey evilo, I get mixed answers on what emulator elfs are written in, I mean I curious and interested in doing and learning how to write emulator elfs...
I'm sure I need to know assembly right?
and also, c for basics, and then c++?
Also, if u can give me a quick outline of how to convert to elf code or ps2 code, if that makes sense...
I'm a noobie when it comes to this stuff..
-cuz if i knew these languages well, I'm sure I could help pitch in since u hav the source code for download, but I'm totally in the dark of how elfs actually work, and written?
-Also, I know one thing for sure that writing/compiling/executing elfs is time consuming, but will u be adding HD support to Neo CD in the long run???
The buzzing is gone in several games. The music effects are a bit off, but I am sure that will be fixed in time. This is a quality release and is definitely one of the best emus for the PS2.
