would be nice to be able to use USB

but if your a reseler as stated above

why not have somthing u can just place the chip onto ?

anyway, sure USB would be cool, but it would drive up the price of what is allready a fairly expensive chip

    Hi everybody,

Do we use again Fix 1 or Fix 2 on the V14 ps2 with the new MI green dot with v1.68 bios?
Because I read nowhere if we do to sold against those Fix on the V14 models???

I updated a MI yellow dot with the bios v1.68 into a ps2 and the screen remain "black" now?
Can you help me if it's the chips failure because the same update on the cd run good on 3 other updated MI blue dot?

Thank you for your time for me.
    Egidio.

PS. English is not my first language but 3th, so my grammar is not everytime correct, please, be cool with me. Thanks.

I have a blue dot Infinity as well that I was told would work in a V14 after a firmware upgrade. Installed chip and black screen - and would not take update. Took this chip out and installed in V12. Updated to 1.75 no problem. Reinstalled into V14 and same black screen???

You heard it wrong. For v14 upwards you must use a green dot MI.

This info was right from infinitymod.com as I had emailed them asking if it would work.

These statement is taken from their website:-

    Clarification on Firmware V1.68.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We wish to better clarify the following points regarding the Firmware V1.68:

    1) The firmware can be used on ALL Infinity produced until now.
YELLOW dot, BLUE dot, ORANGE dot and the latest GREEN dot.

    2) For the V14 PSTWO and higher release you will need anyhow to use a GREEN dot Infinity.
