This is a case I'm 110% sure Sony will lose. We just don't sign the user agreement form just for Sony benefit. Oh happy days. I'll see a $50 dollar check in my mailbox in 2yrs ,because I'm damn for sure signing on for this XD.

nice. BTW all xboxes are unbanned from live now since the recent attack took down PSN and microsoft is afraid of anonymous.
