Independence Compiler 3.0 Released!

our very own digitalps2 has released his new version of the Independence Compiler.

Changes Include:
-Ouputs in .BIN, and XPS for savebuilder.
-Allows you to add your own files in.
-New Layout, Improved In-Program Help.
-No Elf files included.

Just wanted to add - AWESOME WORK digitalps2 :)

I would have tried at least 3 different tutorials over the years with coasters the only result. In less than 10mins i had a working independance installer disk :)
