Wow, that's a genius move right there. How come no one else that of caching split files onto the internal HDD? Too bad it's only for 3.41. Well, let's see where this goes now.

exactly...that would make my life so much easier...last thing i wanna do is..download killzone 3(44 ******g gb) and den wait again to transfer it to the ps3....

While I still like the idea of staying with all games internal (in my situation), it would be great if dean adds this to multiman!

I can see filling my hd up fairly soon.

I was wondering why they added "OR MU" was thinking they got tierd of me posting it so they started uploading it to MU. I Clicked on it "2615863 to KatyPerry lol" as soon as I saw that I literary was just about to roll on the floor LOL!

Also very nice update cuts down the time of splitting them and merging them back.

Hermes uses his own payload and this backup manager has many features that aren't available on the payload from the 3.55 cfws. I wouldn't be surprised that this caching feature that was added to this version specific would require a special feature available on the payload. If thats the case, I wouldn't push my hopes too high of getting such a feature working on current 3.55 cfws, they would need to update the payloads to support it.

Unless someone makes a 3.55 port of his payload. Because I've seen some 3.55 ports of this backup manager and the extra features that requires his payload don't work on these 3.55 ports. Since that his payload is also available open source it could happen I guess.

Even today in cfw's world Hermes payload distinguish itself from the rest. I thought with the time it would change, I guess not. Back in dongle days, Hermes payload was the payload everyone wanted until that the PL3 payload gets all the stuff Hermes had weeks before. Some dongle compagny even made an USB dongle with Hermes name on it, that was the reason why Hermes've quit updating the payload for dongles.
