Love how people like him are now going so far as to suggest that Sony is going to back down from their various lawsuits if that key is released. What a convenient quick fix to everyone's problems!

i dont think all devs are gone.
i think that is more of a formality.they most probably are working anonymously now, whats wrong about that ???

Well as far as i'm aware off (never used it so far) XMBC is just a linux version designed to be a media center.
As soon as we can easily reactivate other os and install linux, it wont be long until there is a nice media center for the ps3.

I do agree that there are devs out there working undercover, and for a good reason. If you don't have to put your name out there, then why risk it? You're still contributing to the community. I'm sure if graf_ had the chance to remain anonymous he would. All he cares about is doing what he loves, and by his name being out there now Sony is limiting his ability to develop.
So +1 on the anonymous devs! and +1 on those big chokolos!

It might be coincidence but it does seem like a few regular devs kind of disappeared. Lantus was doing updates for FBANext frequently but since this all happened has gone back to working on 360 stuff. Robo Hobo went from daily revisions of Mednafen to nothing in the last few weeks. I'm sure there are others too. It could be they just want to do other stuff right now, but I wouldn't blame them if they just got fed up with the way Sony are behaving and don't feel like working on the platform anymore.

PSN isn't exactly overflowing with indie games. Most of the games that people think of as "PSN indie games" are actually contracted by Sony.

Thank You Graf for the Linux.
We must bring back OtherOS to FAT and SLIM and show sony that it is not nice to take away advertised features...
You are The BEST...
Actually can somebody say which Linux Distributions is possible to use with this release from Graf?
Can we install Yellow Dog Linux with it?
Or Kubuntu ?
