has posted a new comment via XorLoser's Blog
, giving us all an update on his progress.
He has succeeded in decrypting the all important lv2_kernel.self (GameOS) from 3.41 firmware.
In addition to the lv2_kernel, he has also decrypted the built in PS2 emulator files; ps2_emu.self, ps2_softemu.self and ps2_gxemu.self.
Previously he was unable to decrypt these files, but has succeeded by using metldr and lv2ldr directly.
He has provided snippets of all of these files below.
As always, expect a public payload soon, that will allow you to decrypt these files yourself.
As a side note, graf_chokolo
is now working on something that should excite you all, v3.50 decryption!
More information on that, as it becomes available.
