Graf_Chokolo: HV Exploit and Dump from GameOS!

And now i dumped the real USB Dongle Master Key guys :-) Noone needs it now but here it is. I tested it with HMAC SHA1 and dongle key 0xAAAA and got the same dongle key that was reversed by KaKaRoTo :-)

Just as i said previously, use USB Dongle Authenticator, then dump HV and the decrypted USB Dongle Master Key will be in HV dump :-) I extracted this key from my HV dump after i used USB Dongle Authenticator on GameOS. Then i rebooted GameOS but not HV and the key was still in HV and still decrypted :-)

Wow could the hackers be finally getting in front of sony? It would be a great thing if no matter what they do we can still have it hacked within days but keep up the great work graf

Not in front of sony - but hackers are getting to the point where the system is well known so sony has to watch what steps they take.

Im sure the PS3 has many other holes exposed now that the world had a glimpse into how the PS3 works and 2011 will really give birth to PS3 modification & customization. Im hoping a 3.55 retail hole is found we can use, and a true custom firmware can be developed.

Guys, it's just a beginning :-) I have now so many stuff to do with my PS3 :-)
I think i will just start with dumping all HVs <= 3.41 :-)

thank god i bought a second ps3 from craigslist
