Seems like Lex Luthor, known scam artist for many years has purched his head out of the gutter once more to make more silly allegations to save his failing clone and G2 modchip business. You can read some of his interesting comments here

Now In my other comments about the blatant ICE clone i failed to report two very interesting things in the comments.

1. This is the same hardware design that him and his partner in crime Neil Brown were hussling through the scene mid-last year under another name, Part of that name was ICE. They couldnt even think of a decent name for their commercial ripoff of non commercial work. Once again stealing from the scene just to make a quick buck.

2. Some beta ICE code was under testing was leaked. This leading to two commercial mods using unreleased ICE code, this crap ripoff chip being the third confirmed report. I strongly doubt you dont have anything to do with it, however, it is your hardware thats being used. Once again, shame on you guys but it comes to no surprise. We should expect this behavior from trash. Luckily real sceners that use ICE the way its supposed to be used will be in for a treat come this april.

This among the countless other lies that people like lex and neil have told people over the years. Lets not forget the fake fatality mod that was advertised by them about two years ago during the magic2 era. They simply photoshoped a pic of the magic2 Scenix and claimed it had every feature anyone could offer at the time including region free. Im sure some of the veterans will remember that one with good laughs.

Sometimes I dont know why i bother coming home from a hard days legit work to even bother with such stupid allegations against us. As i have said countless times before, we are a not for profit group. We dont have anything to hide nor do we need to hold back from telling the public how we feel about the ever-deteriorating scene. Concerning their comments about TMBinc, Its great! I dont care for the gamecube scene at all though. Now lets see you give free ps2 consoles and hardware to the ICE team to help the continue their work!

If your clone business is failing then i suggest getting a real job. McDonalds is always looking for good, hard workers. Just dont try to clone their fry machine.

Point in case is that we will never support those that have to stoop so low as to steal from the scene. Unlike others we dont have the need to bombard you with needless or false information about a product nor do we charge people to post news about their product. We just tell it how we see it and how it is. We just ask those that want to venture into the commercial market to respect the work of those that work so hard to bring the scene free and exciting things.

Just to let those know, drivesmart being Neil Brown, being the guy who currently owes me a lot of money. So I seriously have doubts about anyone who is business partners with Neil Brown, who amazingly to this day refuses to reply to my countless enquiries as to where and why I havent received a refund. So yes people if you want to get scammed, go to drivesmart and get ripped off Im sure you'll feel as good as I do

A product is only as good as the person selling it. Drivesmart in this case being Neil Brown, a scammer. I would be more than happy for any UK people who know of similar reseller ratings or any websites targeted at the UK where I can leave feedback on drivesmart and Neil Brown. I think potential customers of drivesmart need to know what Neil Brown is like and the big chance of them getting scammed/ripped off if they buy from that site/person.
