I hope you IP banned him, because I suspect he has some alts on here as well.
Regardless, I hope George wins. The DMCA is a farcical law that should have been repealed several times.

While the charges are bogus, legal costs are real. Sony should be giving these guys job offers to develop/ test the PS4.

It's quite possible Geohot's lawyers are working for free. This is huge publicity for them and it wouldn't be the first time a lawyer has taken on a high profile case for free.

grandy is my new hero <3 I was half expecting to scroll down and see someone asking for tutorials completely unrelated to the court case. And yesss, I.p. ban please hahaha. But anyways, I'm surprised this is all getting as much attention as it is, specifically from G4. Not that I really watch it regularly or anything, but I wouldn't expect anyone on T.V. to dare mentioning a console hack due to the "questionable" nature of one. I thought that in itself was a step in the right direction.

Your probably right on that one. Whatever the case may be in a lawsuit case, I believe the plaintiff should have to pay the defendants legal expense's upon losing. So Mr. Hotz might get paid by Sony after all. Ironic!
