if he still has the hard drive, he should try Acronis wipe that writes 0s to the harddrive from A to Z. took me about 3 hours for a 300GB HDD. Formatting doesn't do anything, since stuff can still be easily recovered.

And Gamasutra reports they can't subpoena Google or Paypal either. PSX-Scene clarifies that it means no expedited discovery, which is what SCEA was asking for. They can certainly try again later. There is a hearing next scheduled for March 11. SCEA was asking for the expedited discovery in order to prepare for that hearing, which is on the question of whether or not the California court will retain jurisdiction over Hotz or not. No man, it's more like why the F*&*#&*# is she comparing files related to hacking a device to that of child ****? How can child ****ography, and hacking documents be anywhere in the same sentence?
