Look I don't like geohot either because I agree he turned tail and ran... but the fact of the matter is he said he would give the rest of the legal funds to EFF which are a far better entity to give money to for this cause, and he did just that. This honestly proves nothing to me. I'm certain he kept some cash.
In the end he doesn't have to prove anything to anyone really, but common sense tells you he kept some money for himself. It don't matter what any of us believe anyways. I'm content in my belief that he stole some money and a $10,000 paypal receipt proves nothing other than the fact he donated $10,000. $10,000 out of what? The world will likely never know.
