This is just showing the size of the game once it's on your PC correct?
Currently there is no way of properly showing the size while on the PS3.
I was working on a similiar program that would allow you to "manage" your files. It would give you the option to copy the files from the the hard drive (internal or external) to your local pc and vice versa. The file size would only be determined on those that are local - I could store a local table of the sizes and possibly a connection to a web database in the future.
I do have one question - have we determined if the eboot.bin needs to be extracted by the backup manager or can we copy it using FTP? If this works then I'd include that option as well.
If there's still an interest in such a program or other possible features please let me know.
This shouldn't take much more than a couple of days (weekend) to pull off.

Well... Now that I have some time off.. I can work on my Version of this tool... Plus I dont think there is much code there.... only 30kb... Thats kinda low. Less then 100 line of coding im guessing.
Hmm. Doesn't seem to actually do anything..... not sure how to get games to display. As it only lets you select root folders, and doesn't find games recursively (I assume, otherwise it'd work), what are you supposed to do? Map a drive as mentioned above?
EDIT: Nope, it doesn't see mapped drives. Well, I don't get it![]()
I really wish there was something like this for the OSX
