Fourth "Other OS" lawsuit filed against Sony!

The list of claims, and lawyers ready to battle with Sony on the removal of "Other OS" starting with the v3.21 firmware, has grow even larger, with the recent filing of another class-action lawsuit.

Sony legal team now has to fight off 4 different lawsuits. -- It is going to be fun seeing the outcome of all these "Other OS Removal" battles in court.

I say the easy way out for Sony, is just change their name! -- Remove the "Computer" from SCEA, since clearly the PS3 is no longer a computer of any kind, just another locked-down Gaming console. -- Or maybe Sony will make GeoHotz the scapegoat, and he will be doing this in the near future:

True enough, but I think of it like it was a computer where I could run linux and use it to burn my ESR patched backups with a USB DVD writer. Now things I cant do sick shit like that on I tend to call a device that does only what it is manufactured for. PS3 was made to run linux in the first years. but since they have changed it. For me it used to be a compuer but now it's more like a device or a PlayStation. But nothing else.
