DMS MC Explorer customization Patch

Zer0-X has done it again. First with his HDL/HDA Patches, now with the DMS MC Explorer. Here's the good word on the details:

- Force NTSC-displaymode on PAL machines.
- Change screen position.
- Remove delay from application launching so pressing X starts immediately.
- Change image (512x480 8bit 256 color uncompressed BMP).
- Change font.

the saddest part of all of this is that zer0-x has updated the MC Explorer more than the DMS team has.
