You can catch a small pack of apps here:http://forum.crystal-ps2.de/2/index.php
    And for the other apps...
Use the ELFs from an old MegaPack and make your own APPINFO.PBT. It's really easy to make them with the notepad.

All these updates showed that they were not completed with bootmanager but couldn't take the heat from everyone.

Has nothing to do with not taking the heat, releasing beta software is just that...beta. It allows them to do a far greater amount of testing and when was the last time you saw a modchip mfg provide anyone with this quick amount of updates?

I agree with you on the testing part but it is not a good thing to have such buggy software that you depend on your customers to test for you.

They don't depend on the customers for testing. But by releasing a BETA, development can be speeded up a lot. Look at my Custom BM. Most of it will probably be implemented in the next official release. That way CCTeam can fully concentrate on the remaining firmware issues. (they're nearly all fixed already) Would not have been possible without the BETA.
