thank god, it wasnt my fault the bootmanager didnt install correctly
so, is there a hacked version out already?
Hacked version works perfect.
That's really odd, it doesn't boot backups for me. Seems like a vanilla homebrew release. Ran 'makeit' and burned. Am I doing something wrong?![]()
the modified version works fine.
There is an issue with booting HDL from memory card, but so far thats the only problem I have.

NM, reread release notes about changes to firmware's/BM's disc validation. Works fine.![]()
Thanks for the link e-oni....but on a seperate note ...there have been many bug fixes since it was released...whereas the MI does not seem to have any bugs to fix (well...not as frequent)...?
My pref at the mo would be MI at least they provide their "proper" firmware on their own site.
Crystal should do the same...it would save waiting/hunting around for a hacked version.
Just my thoughts.
you always can visit gamefreax.de in their CC corner for hacked firmware

u posted in pevious thred about cc and new code to prevent mech lockup
were did u see info about cc implimenting new code to prevent machacon lockup? ive been trying to varify this for the last few days still no evidence of this?
if so then why are they providing the diode board? for extra protection?
btw isnt diode board been proven to be a crappy fix anyway? heard resistors were the way to go. along with a pic fix.
anyways good job on the quick releases keep up the good work
