*What is Day 1?

"Day 1 is our new feature that uses a USB "pen drive" also called a USB Flash Device. Pelican is obviously releasing our own "Pen drive" as well for use with this feature on Code Breaker PS2 V7. You will be able to download cheats from the webpage to this USB pen drive (that plugs into your PC's USB slot).

In essence, all of the new games that are newer than V7 will have these *.cbc files (Code Breaker Cheat files) online for you to download to your pen drive, and then take the USB Flash Device to your PS2, and the Code Breaker V7 "Day 1" option in the main menu will let you add the games on the Flash Device to your current cheats list. You will never have to type a code again!! Never input a code wrong again, if the code doesnt work that you have downloaded, there's only 2 explanations: 1) Theres 2 versions of the game like SOCOM, or Tekken Tag, or Test Drive, etc.. or 2) There's an ERROR on the site itself as the cheat files will be made directly from the site." -CMX

unfortunately, they didnt mention that the usb pen drive can be used to store saves

but just to transfer cheat codes to codebreaker

Somebody please explain "day 1" to me. Do you have this chord that hooks your PS2 to your PC?

no.... read the paragraph with the asterisk. you use the usb pen drive to copy things between ps2 and pc. it says nothing about a cable

I got "0-day uphauls" using modem 1993. Now, ten years later we get cheats one day after release using internet. Amazing...

I believe it was a typo and it isn't supposed to be a d in day one.
