Currently, as far as i know only Geohot can either release the actual key or generate another one. Unless someone out there has the npdrm key and is keeping shtum its gonna be a long waiting game...

so even if the isodlr keys are released for 3.56 we can't fix backup managers running on 3.56 untill we get the actual key from geohot?

At least failoverflow and gehot know how to get these keys, so someone will sniff the private keys...

not only gehot has the ability to do this - 3.56 is a new challenge and within the next 4-6 weeks there will be no 3.56 games, so there is plenty of time to find the key.

graf alredy released a payload to decrypt npdrm (1 week ago).
so i'm pretty sure not only gehot knows how to hack

Remember how they tricked the ps3 to install 3.55 cfw they modified the pup to 3.56
it thought that it was a new version and installed it. So all we need to do then is having the cfw 3.55 modified and identified as 3.56 keeping 99% of the same file just modifying how the system think he is on 3.56, it would also have to report as 3.56. That way it would be easier than modifying the whole 3.56 since it adds nothing but shit.

For one, the key Geohot has that no one else does (so far as I'm aware of) is the NPDRM key. That doesn't have much to do with making backup managers run since CFWs can be made to ignore pkg signing. Secondly, isoldr isn't an iso loader.
