The "Attachment Limiting Bug" is now FIXED !!! Releases can use big attachments again !!!

Broken support for local attachments ("Attachment Limiting Bug").
Which has not allowed any normal attachments larger than 128 KB, ever since the site moved to its current location. But it is of course not the physical move that has caused this, but rather the upgrade of the site software, which in this respect turned out to become a 'downgrade'.

We don't want to make it known what the actual file sizes limitations are for security reasons but it should be much larger than before and more than sufficient.
