mod is for german kmeaw/rebug/tb... (cex) user only, i can make a 3.55 dex xmb mod available too.
just installed on 3.55 cfw cex this is the great i love it makes my ps3 so much cooler thnx great work .

Im a bit confused at the part:

as far as i know hdd0 is the internal harddrive right, is it a folder created when you have installed the .pkg and that goes for the "Flash" folder as well?
is this in english language, does it change the console country like will usa games still work and what exactly does it change? thanx dev for great work
its in english. kmeaw cfw just install the pkg file. them use multiman to enable dev blind. open file manager copy files from hdd0/game/XMBCFWMOD/USRDIR/dev_flash to dev blind. then Copy the content of: hdd0/game/XMBCFWMOD/USRDIR/dev_hdd0 to hdd0. then reset ps3.
