This is a plugin for showtime not an application, so i think it can be done only as showtime + plugins pkg and unfortunately i don't know how to do it.

But, as you can see in the readme, if you have allready showtime installed, for installing the plugin you just need to do this
"Copy the webmedia zip file to a USB pen drive, open Showtime, go to the USB pen drive icon and run webmedia zip file"

You should install the zip into /dev_hdd0/game/HTSS00003/USRDIR/settings/plugins. Something like that.

The plugin is already available on the showtime repository.

So now for installing it you just need to go to the plugin repository in showtime (puzzle peace icon on the top right of showtime homepage) and install it.
