Sue the fuk out of Gehot. Hackers say they hacked the PS3 for bringing OtherOS back. But WAIT... didnt Geohot say he found a glitch/bug in the OtherOS so he could hack the PS3 WHILE we still had OtherOS and thus Linux??? This is the reason why Sony removed OtherOS, all because of Geohots "i found haxorz"

you all are wrong.. under terms of aggrement when you update/buy your ps3 it says you can not modify it in any way... read the fine print... so there for you are punishable by law... my class just looked at this case btw... geohot has a good chane of being convicted funny i think...

This makes me wonder why do sony update there system's to the latist firmware BEFORE they send it out to be sold?
Why is there a service agreement for a game system..
And why keep track of purchased hardware?
Once something of equal value is traded then the system should mean nothing more to them But that means nothing for the network, sony is paying to keep all that on-line and people should read that service agreement and understand there flaws in what they say i agree with you
