For Warcraft 2 (Best DOS game ever!!!!!!) how would I need to change the configuration file where it says "cdpath="c:\warcraft2" ?

You shouldn't need to. Just copy the files into the directory c:\warcraft2 If Warcraft2 requires a CD-Drive you can use D:\ (which is actually a virtual drive) and create the folder there
