Yep .. and apparently you can only play future games from BD disk and not HDD, pretty lame considering only a minority have a BD burner ... Will have to wait until Multiman or someone else finds a way to boot games from HDD.

I can't imagine it would take someone with the knowledge and necessary tools too long to inspect the dongle, see what it's doing and find some way of extending it or implementing it into a new CFW...

I'll wait and see if a PS3Break version OR cfw based on this becomes available. Or could be all smoke and mirrors.

If this is indeed true, then a new payload (BDEMU v3???) is all we will need.

Lets hope it can be done ...
Seems to me so far that this dongle is using the BD drive to skip some security check (maybe this dongle kinda "flashes" the drive like the Xbox 360 ?).

Lets wait until devs can get a hold of this device and sneak into it.
I'm pretty sure they will have to force their way into it though, might take a while ...

I think the first video he was already on 3.55 because when I check what my ps3 version is it says 3.72 because I have it spoofed, and the original source says you have to already be on 3.55 ofw for this to work.
