I couldn't get RAM to work. Nothing would change while working and there was no capability of save. Are all the files needed, including whatever this Sony SDK is included? I tried googling the Sony SDK download and came across way too many different things, some costing money. It's very confusing, but would love to make this work somehow. Can these posts have a little more info? Like, where to download... where to put the files... the basic stuff.
It comes from a French source, and the downloading the leaked SDK is illegal, so when it comes to this story, this is about all the info anyone currently has.

Actually, just found them on a special development Wiki as "needed files" for a certain program. :D
I keep getting an error when clicking "Create RAF" after entering my .dds files. It says that raf_compiler.exe already exists and forces me to shutdown or continue. I'm very confused. "Continue" does nothing though. It just remains blank, and all I get is a Configuration.txt on my desktop saying "True" to all the RAF files.
Perhaps this newest version will fix your issues.

Well... I got further this time. The bar loaded, and a "Finish!" popup appeared, and it created a tmp folder, but it doesn't complete and there are no files to show. I tried in Debug mode and got...

I love the idea of making our own animated backgrounds but would this still work with the files from 3.70 sdk instead of 3.41? because I can only find 3.70...
