@jalaneme Similar to DarkEboot Fixer and it does not repack patches.

Please Please Please!! I know this is the wrong section but I tried to change my region from north America to Europe... now there's not display output on my ps3... I'm on rebug 4.21 cfw... is there a way to change it back... thanks and please please any help... Also if installing a new hdd will work I'd try that but I'll probably need rebug 999 downgrader right...? I don't know how to make a new post so sorry again...
