I tried ModChipsDirect, but when it calculated shipping the site told me to check my shipping address and if everything is correct to contact the ModChipsDirect and so i wrote email about shipping to Latvia, but haven't received answer yet however i doubt that i will ever receive it because i emailed question one week ago.

Lightake sells the real thing. They've been a good supplier of various items for years. I bought 3 of the TB Special BluRay discs from them. They'll give you the real thing, but the shipping process in China is very slow. Expect at least 4 weeks for delivery no matter what they tell you. Not sure how it would play out shipping to where you are
