instead of bashing people here why don't you spend your energy mailing sony on how to improve their image and deal with both credit card fraud caused by them and deal with "idiots" reporting fraud not related to sony.

personal info can also incur financial implications for the PSN hacking Victim through contracts like loans, property rental, mobile phones contracts, with laptops, or anything Retail Finance could offer in shops and online... which the thief would later sell for cash to cover his tracks... and begin the new life as the psn victim for a while racking up debt wrecking their life's and moving on to the next victim once the victims credit file is in tatters because its hard to prove you didn't make the transactions... and many cases can take years if at all ...
