The program doesn't work on Windows 7 Home Premium sp1. It says somethig is missing.
I downloaded the .rar archive and saved the content in a folder. I extracted everything in the archive.
I cannot try the program on Windows that not is 7.

This program would be useful for people like me who do not have PS3 connected to internet.

Read remarks carefully. RAR archive is for update only. Use .exe installer for the full program install.

Thanks a lot. I read the text but I neglected to read the source.
I had compatibility problems with other programs using Win7 (with compatibility option enabled too) and I thought this is one of them. My apologies
