I'm on a few versions before this RS build (showtime.3.3.37.ga28c3.Video.OLD-ICON0). It has a weird problem where when i select my fat32 USB HDD it show all of the files for a second or two, but then it disappears. if you can get to the file before then it plays..... A reinstall fixes this problem, but only on first launch. On launching it a second time the problem returns. I tried a later version of Showtime which was the official omar what his name version and it doesn't have that problem, but it lags on my HD movies for some reason, when the version showtime.3.3.37.ga28c3.Video.OLD-ICON0 doesn't......I'll give this one a go and report back......

This has the same problem! First launch everything was great. Second launch of the app it shows all of the folders and then they disappear a few seconds later......Any help would be appreciated....

I had that problem too cawthorne, this is how I solved it... go to redspirrel website, download a version released in august[or earlier] delete the version you have in that august version, and then install the latest version... PS. after I did this I found that I could no longer install showtime official of any version, I get " an error has occurred upon installation ". But it doesn't really matter as the unofficial version seems to work better, have more features[the're add faster] and get quicker updates... sn: It should be noted I'm on rebug 3.41.3 and I play my movies/tv shows from a 500gb western digital usb hard drive. [most are mkv and in several different folders...] hope this helps...

Thank you very much. I will definitely do this. I am on CFW 3.55 (can't remember which :P). I'm not bothered if I can't use the original versions, because you can get them working in multiman it seems and from my experience yes the RS ones do seem to be more reliable/ have better luck playing a wider range of codecs/resultions etc. of video.

I write just to mention that OMG plugin rules, you can read tons of manga and I think this litlle pluging should have a post for itself, I,ve just read the final chapter of Saint Seiya OH-MY-GOD-freak mode off

I can't seem to be able to make this one work. It installed fine, but when I try to launch it on the Video XMB column, it returns me back to the XMB.

I would suggest staying with official releases as these builds come straight from the git and have not been totally cleaned up of bugs and whatnot
