No need to install in recovery mode? Is there still a need t install multiman v 4.12 and to run qa toggle before?

Installing straight from 4.30 Rogero v1 XMB is possible? No need to be on 3.55 or v2 already?
EDIT: Allright, I just read it's possibe.
Sticking with Rebug for now but looking more and more promising as the days go by.
