The source, Is it Visual Studio C or VB.net? My visual Studio doesn't recognize the load file. Of course it is Visual Studio 6.0.

Looking at the source you should recognize that it's written in C# and reqs .net 4.0. so how big might be the chance its a vs 6.0 project?

I made some little improvements. I'm also thinking bout an iTunes Like Content Management App which enables you to manage the actual vita sqlite database file of the CMA.
    PSVeeter 0.2b Source_Changed.rar

    Changelog:
-Impoved automatic locating of Content Directory
    -Added CMA Configuration Form
*shows cma install path, cma version
    *editable content (music, video..) paths
-Added Vita Backup Image Files to Functionality
    -Improved INI File Handling
