My memory is a bit fuzzy but file size and/or length could be a factor. If I remember correctly some of the older builds of multiMAN had issues with music over a certain size and code unique 2 uses multiman 2.00 as a base.
The only two I've tested were 192kb/s @44100 Hz (3 MB) and 224kb/s @44100 Hz (6.05 MB) and both worked.
Also, the file might be case sensitive. In other words, make sure the file is called BOOT.MP3 and not boot.MP3, BOOT.mp3 or boot.mp3
This interface is much better than the first edition. It is lacking a lot of cheats for games in the US and I don't know if people are still creating new codes for them but hopefully they start again because of this cool pkg.
