Hopefully I will be able to use this as I learn more about developing.

Of course by the time I learn good enough to put out something useful we will be trying to hack the PS5, PS6.......who knows.

Quit being a jerk. It was a fair question if the guy didn't know what it was. Infact it was a far better question if he didn't know what it was than "How do I use this?".

A simple "It allows you to send (and test) homebrew you have written to the PS3 for execution." would have been good enough.
