Can someone tell me the actual string the spoofer_pup_repack.exe uses?

I've tried:
PS3UPDAT.PUP ./spoofer_pup_repack.exe 09.4000 12345

most gives me command line errors or invalid strings or the CMD will open and close right away.

I've written a GUI for it and I'm a little baffled at the command line string.

Here's the source if someone wants to take a look.

I also did the command line in CMD and it'll state that it's missing a DLL(cyggcc_s-1.dll)

Anyways, Here's the GUI if someone wants to take it and run with it.

Only works on Linux or Cygwin in Windows. CMD is not supported

how does this work...if i'm thinking correct u use this program to change the pup file version...can u use this to spoof 4.0??? if so can we spoof 4.0 down to 3.55 and install it then install cfw 3.55 over it...making it possible to install 4.0 to play newer disks then revert back to 3.55 for hacks...just wondering there isn't too much info here about what it can/cant do
