true to that, but now that keys exist can thay not make a Legit .PUP so we can like update over OFW or ?

You would need the private key, we may be able to decrypt the packages with these keys because they are located in the ldrs themselves but the private keys are not there. Without the private keys we cannot re-encrypt the packages to seem legit. Which means, only firmwares with disabled checks can install it (IE custom firmware).
