Thats pretty horrible for them to put these type of things out like that. It's hard to believe that it is actually legal.
WTF?!!!!! The update arrive before the psvita does!!!
"This Sh*t will be released on February 22, 2012!!"
UPDATE WHAT EXACTLY ?!!
The idea is that you'd have to accept the agreement with your first game usage. It gets around the "clerk didn't make me sign anything" argument.
Ohhh... ignorance is bless...
I also think this is a good thing, keeps thous sleazy lawyers from filling their pockets! In a class action law suit you get about... 28 cents if you win, you will not even bother filling in the paperwork to get them... wake up!
Sony is saying... "Look guys, if we screw up, we will return your money, compensate you AS THE LAW STATES, and apologize, but let's keep the lawsuits out of this."
As for me....Keep the Update $ony, by the way keep the Vita, your PSN and your new keys @&$K $ony as a company and as product as a whole.
Two things
It's "waive", not "wave". You don't actually wave your hand to kiss your rights goodbye.
Also funny that the notable part is "Section 8".
