Unlike OtherOS, The PSP emulator can actually make them money, so instead of using hackers as a scapegoat to drop support, they will actually spend 10 seconds to patch it.

They could have patched OtherOS too... but didn't want to.

How? I've been wondering about this since OtherOS was removed, but i've never seen any technical answers on how it could be patched.
