Do I need to use reactpsn because the fix isn't working for me. I have the blus30538 version, the E3 patch 1.04, and installed all dlc.

No I installed the 1.04 fix first then installed all dlc

No I've been having the game. It plays but when i highlight catwomen it's locked and ask me to redeem code. No sign of nightwing, robin, or costumes ect.

Loaded it on the BR Disc icon?

Installation Guide:

1.Install E3 Team update 1.04 patch 3.55.
2.Install any of DLC. Not necessary to install all.
3.Install ALL DLC FIX.
4.If adding some DLC after, apply ALL DLC FIX again.
5.Run your retail game with MM.

Does the game itself work? You said you installed the 1.04 E3 update and the DLC but you didn't mention installing the DLC fix as the last pkg install. You don't need ReActPSN - johnny fixed it so everyone can use it
